Bamboo Pagoda Chandeliers

As you probably know by now, I have a major obsession with ALL things faux bamboo. I was
hoping my boyfriend wouldn't pick up on my little addiction, but after telling him about my
most recent acquisition he asked if I now have enough "bamboo stuff". Nope!

One of the faux bamboo pieces I've been lusting after is a tole chandelier. I fell in love with this
one on eBay a few weeks ago, but chickened out at the last minute because I thought it might
be too much with my bamboo chippendale chairs in a dinning room.



I still wanted a faux bamboo fixture, but thought one for a different part of the house
would be better. Thats when I spotted this beauty... Well it isn't actually a beauty right
now, but with a little TLC and fresh coat of shiny laquer it will be!




This fixture is identical to one that just sold at Circa Who for $600. I got it for 1/4 of the price!

I'm not sure what color I'm going to go with. I think I will have to wait and see what room (hallway, bathroom, bedroom?) it fits best in my new house, but I'd love to paint it a bright red kinda like this...

Friday Find.. Ric Rac Bangles from Lilly Pulitzer

Ric Rac + Bangles. Two ionic preppy things combined. This is a great new twist on the 

enamel bracelet! The pink and green set is perfect for any Lilly outfit, but I think the red

 and blue set is my favorite. I LOVE the detail on the gold bangle!

Haymarket Designs Trunk Show

Richmonders, Come visit Haymarket Designs at the Collegiate Village Green Fair. Our booth is in the Shops on the Green (Estes Building) and we will be there Friday April 15, 10-4pm and Saturday April 16, 9-3pm.

Lots of other great shops will be there too, like one of my favorites Smathers and Branson.
